Feeling better already!

Yep I am! Thanks for the prayers.

I'm going to do a hard workout at home and see how I feel during/after that. If I feel good then I'll be attempting 10 miles tomorrow.

Don't push too hard, you are still recovering...you could consider this week as a longer tapering period.
